The event Catering side of the business is continually expanding and we serve Counties Wexford, Wicklow, Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny and Dublin for private, business and State events with fresh personalized and innovative menu’s created for every event and for every taste.

The Cookery Centre

The Cookery School in Wexford is a modern environment based on fresh flavours, local produce & simple recipes for either everyday cooking or entertaining at home, classes of groups up to 14 people are promised a relaxed environment, demonstration courses and hands on courses, full notes pack in cookery school folder, individual tuition, tea/ coffee’s, wine, full meals and great fun! A great selection of one day cookery courses, one night cookery courses, weekend cookery courses & long and short term cookery courses.

On different days as highlighted in our cookery school courses link above our guests can book in individually , as a couple or as a group  and as we cater for all levels of skill, taste and interest - there’s something for everyone!
