Wheather you chose to have a cold buffet set up ready for you to indulge when you arrive home , a selection of warming hot pots and accompliments served by our staff - just a selection of fingerfoods or even a platter of smoked salmon the choice is entierly yours!
We are the professional one stop catering solutions provider to Wexford and the South East, we can deliver all food in our new fleet of vans at a time and location of your choice, we include professional cutlery, crockery and glassware as part of the package with all food supplied and you have the option of getting tables, chairs, linens, cleaning staff etc all with the minimum of fuss for YOU!

Buffet menu’s below are a sample of the style of buffet generally used for birthdays, communions, confirmations, summer parties etc.
Dressed Platters with a choice of roast beef, glazed hams, bacon loins, roast chicken, turkey, smoked and cured hams, salamis, stuffed meats, smoked chicken fillets, smoked duck breast, parma ham, proscuitto, pastrami, pate, foie gras terrine, venison, duck and rabbit terrine, etc to choose from, all dressed and garnished with suitable dips and sauces as required for to suit any number of people
Dressed seafood platters of fish and shellfish include a selection of stuffed fish fillets, whole dressed salmon on platters, smoked salmon, smoked trout, eel and tuna, poached salmon portions, caviar, fresh crab, crab claws, fresh lobster, chilled prawns and oysters all dressed and presented as required on stunning platters
Hot dishes are generally brought to your event in pots, oven dishes or bainmaries and left for self service or served by us!

Salads
• Broccoli, feta, cherry tomato and roast hazelnut salad
• Roast tuscan vegetable salad ( peppers, mushrooms, courgette and aubergine cooked and cooled in a sweet balsamic syrup finished with fresh herbs)
• Fresh coleslaw with a touch of mustard and Italian parsley
• Cherry tomato salad with chives, lime, olive oil and pepper
• Pasta salad with spinach, pinenuts, black olives and semidried tomatoes
• Roast potato salad with rosemary, garlic and olive oil
• Fresh peach, mango and avocado salad with red onion and lime dressing
• Plum tomato, mozzarella and fresh pesto salad
‘Green salad’ - selection of fresh salad leaves with cucumber, fennel bulb, fresh herbs and an Italian dressing
Hot pots
• Fragrant thai chicken curry with lime leaves, lemongrass and organic coconut milk
• Chunky chicken fillet in a saffron cream with vegetables, coriander and red pepper
• Chicken fillet in a creamy mushroom and tarragon sauce
• Chicken fillet in a smoked bacon, mascarpone and wild mushroom cream
• Tender beef fillet straganof with sour cream, pearl onions, mushrooms and Hungarian paprika
• Selection of monkfish, salmon & prawns in a delicious red pepper and basil sauce
• Fresh mixed wexford seafood bake with a buttery potato topping
• Baked salmon fillet in a white wine a dill cream with jumbo king prawns
• Thyme and rosemary scented Lamb ‘Irish stew’
• Beef meat balls in a slightly spiced tomato sauce (kids of all ages!!!)
