The cookery school and its courses are designed to cater for all levels of cooks from your first steps in the kitchen with basic courses through our intermediate programs that lead to dinner party and more advanced courses

The cookery school is not just for doing long or short term courses as many clients and guests to the school have realised over the past four years, this purpose built cookery demonstration centre with hands on facilities is also used for 'The Chefs Table'  - our new venture here in Wexford offereing groups of 6 -14 people the opportunity to sample some of the countries finest cuisine all under the helm of your private chef for the night Phelim Byrne

Groups choose to enjoy our wines or bring there own with no corkage charges!

Our customers enjoy the choice of a themed night of ther choice to enjoy from Italian or Thai to a classy dinner party or evening of starters and puddings!

These nights are organised directly with Phelim who will offer you a selection of dates in the coming months to chose from for your evening, great rates, flexible time schedule , fantastic,  fresh and tailor made menus and a modern relaxed environment is just the begining of what turns out to be a fantastic night for a group or party of friends to enjoy!
