Offering a selection of meat, fish and vegetarian options served hot or cold they can be part of our call and collect menu, drop and go menu or professionally served to your liking

Our friendly and professional catering team can ensure your event runs smoothly and hassle free for you, from taking jackets to ensuring everyone has a refreshment at your event

                                 

Samples of cold include

  • bouche of smoked chicken cream with fresh herbs and aioli
  • Smoked salmon, cream cheese and roast red pepper pancake rolls with caviar and chive
  • Brandy scented pate on a crisp brioche toast
  • Wexford smoked salmon with brown bread croute, caper and parsley mayo
  • Selection mini quiche ( meat fish and vegetarian)
  • Goats cheese parisienne with sesame seeds and crisp toast

 

                           Samples of hot would include

  • wontons of spiced pork fillet with coriander and chilli
  • Fried bons bons of panaeng scented chicken patties in a lemon crumb
  • duck spring rolls with hoi sin dip
  • King prawns in filo pastry with house made chilli jam
  • Newspaper cone of fish n chips ( monfish goujons and potato strips)

Sample 3:

House party in wexford town require a selection of hot and cold fingerfoods to be served between 8pm and 9pm, glasses and full service to be provided along with wine, water and beer glasses, wine supplied by host for 30 guests

Three service staff to be onsite from 6.45pm for drinks and food service
