Description: Our knife skills and hands on  course kicks off with a relaxing coffee whilst we explain the different knives & there use

• The course covers every thing from selecting the right knife for the right job to sharpening a looking after you knifes
• All knives are available to buy here in the cookery school shop
• You spend the course perfecting your technique, developing skills and learning a few tricks of the trade along the way, a hugely beneficial course well worth the morning spent developing skills for life!!!
• A full meal is included; meal for four to take home, some notes and your new found skills! ( very popular, maximum numbers of participants of 8 persons which allows for one to one tuition in a relaxed and friendly environment)
