These 'demonstration' day courses are hugely popular, seasonal cooking mostly using local produce, easy to find and source ingredients and even easier simple and tasty recipes!

Any more unusual items for Italian or Thai courses are available to purchase through the cookery school on- site shop coming soon!

A great way to get cooking or simply advance your culinary repertoire in this friendly relaxed and intimate environment.  Full tasting, Complete Notes, complimentary wine and Full Meal’s are included.

Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the course commences to avail of tea/ coffee and freshly baked pastries to kick off your day, then relax and munch your way through this ‘ extended super lunch break’. All courses for 2012 are a combination of hands on and demonstartion and will have a maximum of 8 participants!

With a selection of great fresh seafood right on my doorstep this course covers everything from whole baked fish to delicate scallops, generally covering a selection of fresh fish including prawns, scallops, monkfish, trout, salmon, fish pies and simple chowder this is a very popular course , demonstration of approx eight dishes to add to your repertoire, full detailed notes given , complementary wine and a bit of fun thrown in for good meassure.......................

With a detailed plan of what to do from two days in advance, the perfect Christmas shopping list to avoid unwanted or un- needed purchases, the plan from the night before, the relaxing Christmas morning, the perfect Christmas dinner with all the trimmings – this is a crash course not to be missed, highlight of our calendar year!

Courses on Saturdays for 2012 are a combination of demonstration and hands on cooking, maximum number of participants per group is 8 ensuring one to one tuiton

You receive a full pack of notes, we supply all the food and equipment so you can taste what the chef creates and take yours home as a treat for the family or friends!

All courses kick off at 9 am sharp , doore open from 8.45 with tea/ coffee and pastries, full lunch supplied including wine!
