One night cookery courses

Our new one night cookery courses kick off at 7pm sharp

These demonstration evenings offer a huge variety of cookery classes and recipes to suit all levels of skill, taste and interest from Italian evenings with wine to planning your own party, you munch your way through a  full meal on each course, wine supplied as well as a full pack of notes , maximum number of participants on each course is 14 - guaranteing individual attention.

Participants are asked to arrive to the course 10 minutes prior to it commencement time Doors open from 6.45pm

If your fed up of those ham and turkey sambo’s or the turkey curry could do with a face lift this is the course for you, join me for this simple course in creating impressive and tasty dishes from mainly your left over meats.

As usual we will kick off with a warming glass of mulled wine for to kick off the festive spirit, a few tipples to be had over the course of the evening and 5 recipes covered over the duration of the evening
