The ‘’real food ‘’ combination cookery programme covers all aspects of cookery in a course that is designed to be fun, interactive and informative. Cooking 3 - 4 dishes each night by the end of the program our participants’ culinary repertoire and approach to food in an interesting way is greatly advanced. Classes comprise demonstrations with hands on practical sessions, Including full notes and meal each night as well as the opportunity to take your creations home from your practical sessions, all food etc supplied here!
