• Phelim  held the flag high once again for Wexford this year as the native stormed ahead at the Wexford Food Fair where with over 2,000 people in attendence and almost 500 just for the cookery demo it was a fantastic success!
• Phelims appearance on RTE's The Afternoon show had great following and the feedback has been fabulous!!!
• Wev'e just launched our new set of menu's for 2010 /2011 keeping ahead of the pack so check out our new outdoor catering page
• We are expanding in 2010 with catering facilities now operative in Co.wicklow and due to hit the Dublin scene by the end of September
• Weve just launched our new 2010 autumn / winter cookery schedule with great new courses like hands on cook along evenings and sunday morning practical classes
• The school has changed its focus from only demonstration to offer more and more hands on cookery classes over the winter months, the school re- opens in october with the schedule now complete until christmas !
