Options upon arrival: *prices based on 100 + guests

All 5 options will have a station set up with tea / coffee available for guests which should request same

All options below are inclusive of service staff, glass ware, crockery etc as standard

We also include champagne glasses free of charge with No Corkage!

We supply a non alcoholic fruit punch option which is on a red fruit and homemade pink lemonade  base from as little as €80 to accompany your drinks reception!

Other options that we have produced for weddings in the past two years include mini beef burgers ( 2 bites) with savoury toppings, they look really cool

Or

A bbq of canapies which is a selection of mini foods such as skewers, prawns etc as canapies cooked by a chef in the main reception area, they theatre associated with this style is fantastic and is an impressive option not seen too often

A selection of sweet and savoury mini scones ( bite size)

Sweet almond and golden raisin scones with fresh cream, fresh raspberry jam and butter

Savoury whole wheat scones topped with wexford smoked salmon and a caper aioli

Savoury herb scone topped with dressed smoked chicken and organic micro salad

 

Option 2: €6.50pp

A selection of afternoon tea

A 5 star selection of Sweet mini pastries, savoury open finger sandwiches, savoury scones with assorted toppings, scones.

 

Option 3: €5pp

A selection of 3 savoury canapés

Wexford smoked and fresh salmon cream cheese in a light chive pancake topped with caviar and fresh chervil

Free range chicken and smoked bacon mousse in a light pastry cup with a wasabi aioli

Sesame and blackpepper coated goats cheese and French brie bon bons.
