I had a wedding in December, in a tent, for 270 people ,in the lashing rain and howling wind, and it is still a mystery to me how Phelim Byrne managed to produce a 5 star , 5 course dinner, which was so exceptional, people I met in Los angeles last week are still talking about it..not to mention from Dublin to Bunclody to Cork! He was recomended to me by a chef I know; we met and that was that, I trusted him completely, no fuss, no bother just straight talking,decisions made, lots of comunication along the way about any aspect I wanted talk about. To be able to delegate the meal completely, and literally not have to worry again took a tremendous amount of pressure off the mother of the brides shoulders I can assure you! The meal itself was exactly as we had discussed( but more beautifully presented than I could have imagined) and the staff he brought with him were the most professional group I have seen at any function, they were attentive, discreet and a pleasure to have around.

I couldn't recomend Phelim Byrne more highly, and I am a fuss pot when it comes to food!!! Pink Racks of lamb for 270 ??? genius...'

Phelim Byrne Professional Catering Services supply almost anything by request to save you hassle, we can save you time finding other services like bar, marquee, venue’s, country houses and accommodation, generators, cleaning, set up, staff, fit out etc by utilising our own team of recommended professional’s and associates.

• We supply a total fit out of a marquee or venue to your taste including tables , chairs ,cutlery, crockery, linen, glassware etc
• We offer full staffing to all events from management and event co-ordinator, waitstaff, chefs, bar staff and cleaning staff with a portfolio of over 50 casual staff at present.
• We have contacts with many other businesses in this industry for every wedding need with trusted professionals that we find of high enough standards to recommend or use as part of our own professional service if required.
• We have packages available offering you a choice of locations with stunning views, accommodation and venues for either country house’s or marquee facilities upon request if required.
• Another popular option is to have the next day lunch catered for – from a sit down meal to a simple buffet/ BBQ or a delivery of a couple of hot pots the hassle of finding a restaurant or a venue for to suit everyone the next day as well as saving you hassle is quickly sorted!
• You do have the option of supplying your own wines and drinks with minimum corkage fee’s for marquee weddings
